• One page flyer with dates, times, locations to meet the candidates
• Four pages  with info on each nominee. 8.5 x 11 page size. Info same as online and as printed in the summer issue of the diocesan newspaper. Includes name and current position, with photo, bio summary, vision for the diocese, letter to the clergy and letter to the laity, for each nominee.

BULLETIN INSERTS
Ready-to-print PDFs, English and Spanish, prepared by the Transition Committee, start for Sunday Sept. 6. Planned to run through Convention in October 2009 and from time to time afterwards to include Bishop Smith's retirement party and the Consecration in April.

  Explains the video interviews and invites members of the Diocese into discernment
• Sunday, Sept. 13:  English     Spanish  This is a double-sided insert in booklet format. Print one side, then the other on the reverse, and fold to make a 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 " booklet. Includes daily prayers for discernment.
• Sunday, Sept. 20: English  Spanish   This double-sided insert is part one of a two-part series about the meet-and-greet opportunities
• Sunday, Sept. 27: English  Spanish. (NOTE on Spanish insert 9/24: The Rev. Jose Mestre, our translator, had a death in the family (his father). Other arrangements are being made this week for translation. The insert will be posted here asap.)
